The volumes are available separately for US $25 each, plus shipping (to be determined at time of shipment).  CD volumes are US $15 each.  If you order a complete set, Volume 3 will be provided free of charge.  Books cannot be shipped to PO boxes, therefore your order must include a street address.  We ship internationally.
